Perhaps brunch :D Or afternoon tea (the void between lunch and dinner).
As for early stages, we might can meet at cafes. But once the event becomes more larger ( as in 20+ people ) we might need to rent/book places exclusively for us but with an entree payment, or some sponsors because that time (20++ people ) space is much more important.. I think.
As for location, my personal preferences would be the place within transport coverage ( LRT/Bus ) it would make it more easier.
Just a penny, looking forward for this :)
