Colin Charles Agenda: OSX has bugs…

What do you mean by "Funnily enough, 10.4 itself doesn’t support the trackpad driver *grin*."? I ran Panther on my iBook and then updated to 10.4, 10.4.1, 10.4.2 and now 10.4.3. My trackpad always worked.

Also I love Mail.app. Like it way better than Evolution (use that on my FC4 desktop, but actually I never use my desktop machine anymore since my iBook came) or Thunderbird (I used that on Windows before totally switching my desktop machine over). Do you mean Mail.app listed all your files in your homedir? That's totally weird indeed. Works like charm for me, using 5 IMAP accounts.

Breun, I own a brand new spanking iBook G4, the latest 12" they released. the 12" model has a trackpad that supports scrolling with the use of two fingers. Yes, 10.4 did not support it, but 10.4.2 does.

Yes, Mail.app listed all files in my homedir. Its of a machine where I do not control the IMAP, so rather than poking further, I decided it would make more sense to just use Thunderbird. I've been meaning to switch from Evolution, but clearly I'm now using both.
