It is regular old Gimp with a X11 launcher basically, it has a decent aqua emulation theme. I think it is essentially identical to MacGIMP and I have never understood why MacGIMP thinks they should charge.

MacGIMP is just a cash grab. These people sell Open Source software verbatim. I yet have to find a patch for AbiWord or a penny. Yes, they sell AbiWord too and we, the developers, haven't gotten a penny.

You best bet is Fink or DarwinPorts.
